Small, for sure. The Large/Small combo is great. I also have a Mini, but even though it is portable and travels easily, it takes more planning if cooking for more than two people.2 · -

I absolutely agree with Columbia, and Bern's. There is also a Columbia restaurant inside Tampa Bay History Museum in downtown Tampa. I went there recently and the 1905 salad served was identical…3 ·
